Our Heather Rose is a celebration gin, ideal as an aperitif for a special occasion or as an every day treat. With its combination of rose and heather it takes on a Prosecco character and changed to a delicate pink / champagne colour when mixed with tonic. It is fragrant, floral and light, and also sweet yet spicy.
